The Zoo with Daddy

Mommy went away to the beach this weekend for Miss Michelle's bachelorette party so Daddy and I got to spend lots of quality time toegther! On Sunday, Daddy took me to the National Zoo with Aunt Susan, Grayson, and Hudson. We saw lots of fun animals!

Max's 2nd Birthday Party

We were quite busy this weekend! we had two baby showers yesterday and we had a birthday party for my friend Max--he turned "2"! He had his party at a place called the little gym. I had fun running and jumping around on all of the fun toys and mats. I even did a big sommersault --with help of course--I also walked on the balance beam (almost all by myself-- Mommy did nto trust me, so she held my hand). We ate pizza and cake. It was super fun!

Baby Shower Marathon!

Today we went to two baby showers! First we went to Miss Nicole's--she is having my friend Maisie very soon! I am so excited! then we headed to Miss Shelley's baby shower--she is going to have my friend Perry in September! So many new friends coming soon! At Miss Shelley's shower, I got to play with another little girl named Kayleigh (I think I spelled it correctly, if not--I am sorry). I also had fun playing with her doggie Rooney....she reminded me of my Lulu! I was tuckered out after all of the partying and a cupcake or two!

Meeting Baby Tyler Mills

My buddy Joe who lives next door is now a big brother! His mommy had a little boy named Tyler! He has born last Thursday. Tonight we went to meet Tyler and bring him some treats. It was hard to comprehend that I too was that little once! He was very cute! I tried to share toys with, but he was clearly not interested--I guess I will have to wait until he is a little bit bigger to pay with the "big" kids.

Fireworks with Miss Ellyn & Tom

Mommy and Daddy went to Indianapolis this weekend for Mommy's High School Reunion. This is the first time they have left me, so I know they miss me bunches! I miss them too, but I am having so much fun with Miss Ellyn and Tom that I barely notice they are gone! We went to see the fireworks on Saturday in Alexandria, that was fun--I even got to eat a big snowcone! It reminded me of the many snowcones that Grandma let me have in Aruba!

4th Of July weekend with Aunt La and Aunt Clare

We had such a fun weekend! Aunt La and Aunt Clare came to visit from Florida. (Uncle Dave also came to visit!)We went to the Nationals Game (I even made it until the 7th inning!), we went swimming, we grilled out, and sat up on our deck watched fireworks and just had a blast! The most fun was rolling down the ramp in the parking garage after the baseball game! Don't worry--Aunt La caught me....She laughed so hard at my funny faces! I was very sad to see them leave--Hopefully we will get to see them again sometime soon!
